This Privacy Policy explains how City Twig, Inc., doing business as Hulii, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with Hulii's large language model platform, proprietary contributory data engine, Hulii Connect, APIs, applications, websites, communications services, and related technologies.

We collect account information, profile information, Customer Data, uploaded files, prompts, inputs, communications, billing information, device information, usage information, diagnostics, cookies, service telemetry, analytics, and information generated through use of the Services.

We use information to provide Services, authenticate users, process requests, deliver AI services, improve products, develop features, improve security, provide support, communicate with users, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and systems.
Customer Data and Ownership
Customers retain ownership of Customer Data. Customers grant Hulii a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyze, and modify Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, support, administer, and improve the Services.
Enhanced Data Rights
Hulii exclusively owns aggregated information, de-identified information, synthetic data, operational telemetry, analytics, enrichments, classifications, scoring, relationships, correlations, metadata, derivative analytics, and Service Improvement Data generated by the operation of the Services and the proprietary contributory data engine, provided such information does not intentionally identify Customer or disclose Customer Confidential Information.
AI and Service Improvement
Hulii may use operational telemetry, usage statistics, error logs, performance metrics, de-identified information, aggregated information, synthetic datasets, and service analytics to operate, secure, maintain, validate, benchmark, improve, and enhance its Services and technologies.
Information Sharing
We may share information with service providers, affiliates, professional advisors, governmental authorities when legally required, and in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, or asset sales. Hulii does not sell personal information.
Security
Hulii employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption, authentication controls, monitoring, logging, vulnerability assessments, and incident response procedures.
