Hulii AI Safety and Responsible Use Policy

1. Purpose

Hulii is committed to developing and providing artificial intelligence technologies that are safe, lawful, trustworthy, and responsible. This Policy governs the use of Hulii's large language model platform, proprietary contributory data engine, Hulii Connect, APIs, models, AI-generated outputs, and related services.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all customers, users, developers, administrators, contractors, and third parties accessing or using Hulii Services.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers remain solely responsible for all prompts, inputs, uploaded information, outputs, communications, workflows, decisions, and actions taken using the Services. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal governance requirements.

4. Human Oversight Requirements

Artificial intelligence outputs must be independently reviewed and validated by qualified personnel. Customers shall maintain meaningful human oversight and may not use AI outputs as the sole basis for employment, insurance, lending, healthcare, educational, housing, governmental benefits, criminal justice, or other high-impact decisions.

5. Responsible AI Principles

Customers shall use the Services lawfully, responsibly, fairly, and in a manner that respects privacy, civil rights, intellectual property rights, and human dignity.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Services for any of the following:

  • Unlawful activity, fraud, or identity theft
  • Harassment, extortion, or impersonation
  • Deceptive deepfakes or voice cloning without authorization
  • Unauthorized surveillance or privacy violations
  • Unlawful discrimination or misinformation campaigns
  • Terrorism or violence facilitation
  • Child exploitation or human trafficking
  • Any activity that creates unreasonable risks of harm

7. Cybersecurity Restrictions

Users may not use the Services to:

  • Develop malware or conduct phishing campaigns
  • Steal credentials or gain unauthorized access
  • Exploit vulnerabilities or circumvent security measures
  • Facilitate cybercrime of any kind

8. AI Voice and Communications Restrictions

Users may not use Hulii Connect to:

  • Place unlawful robocalls or violate TCPA or TSR regulations
  • Violate FCC regulations or call recording laws
  • Breach Do Not Call requirements or consent obligations
  • Use deceptive scripts or unauthorized synthetic voices

9. Model and Platform Protections

Users may not:

  • Scrape outputs or reverse engineer the platform
  • Decompile, benchmark, or extract model information
  • Fine-tune, train, or evaluate competing AI systems using the Services
  • Develop competing datasets, models, embeddings, or derivative technologies

10. Customer Data and Privacy

Customers remain responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents required for information processed through the Services and for using the Services in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

11. Monitoring and Abuse Prevention

Hulii may monitor usage patterns, operational telemetry, error logs, and security events to detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and policy violations and to protect the Services, users, and third parties.

12. Reporting Concerns

Users should promptly report security incidents, unlawful activity, harmful content, fraud, misuse of AI technologies, or suspected violations of this Policy to info@hulii.ai.

13. Enforcement

Hulii may investigate potential violations and may suspend Services, terminate accounts, remove content, disable functionality, refuse service, report violations, cooperate with governmental authorities, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or third parties.

14. Reservation of Rights

Hulii reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether conduct presents legal, regulatory, operational, security, safety, reputational, or business risks and to take appropriate action.

15. Modifications

Hulii may modify this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
